Given that 1Bena operates across three distinct verticals \u2014 food delivery, shopping, and rides \u2014 the design and development work needed to accommodate a complex, multi-category user experience while remaining intuitive for a market where digital app adoption is still growing. Techsaga’s UI\/UX design focused on making the platform visually accessible and easy to navigate, ensuring that users can effortlessly switch between services, track orders or rides in real time, and complete transactions with minimal friction.
